We are seeking a dedicated First-Line Supervisor to oversee our team of package handlers. Your role will include ensuring efficient package sorting and delivery, while upholding safety standards and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead package sorting operations and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee team performance and motivate staff to achieve peak productivity.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and vendors regarding package handling.
• Prepare reports on team performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing teams in logistics or similar fields
