• Perform fieldwork in diverse environments, ensuring ethical research practices.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders for data collection.
• Evaluate and improve research methodologies and approaches.
• Provide training and guidance to junior researchers as needed.
• Prepare and submit detailed research findings to funding bodies.
• Integrate feedback from stakeholders into research practices.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national research regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred
• Data Analysis Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
• Survey Design Skilled in designing surveys and questionnaires.
• Statistical Software Experience with statistical software such as SPSS or R.
• Communication Exceptional communication skills for presenting research findings.
• Teamwork Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Critical Thinking Strong analytical skills for problem-solving in research contexts.
• Certified Research Administrator (CRA)
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
