Job Description

We are seeking a passionate E-commerce Manager to spearhead our e-commerce operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving online sales and developing effective marketing strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to create a seamless shopping experience, engage customers, and ultimately increase revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the e-commerce team to ensure effective implementation of online sales strategies.
• Track key metrics and KPIs to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Work with designers to create a visually appealing online storefront.
• Enhance the product launch strategies through effective online marketing.
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive foresight in our operations.
• Cultivate partnerships with third-party platforms and service providers.
• Develop and manage content strategies for product listings and promotions.
• Facilitate training for team members on best e-commerce practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
• Professional certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
