Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and ensure delivery of transactions within deadlines.
• Mentor and support junior staff in best practices and career development.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management.
• Facilitate communication between clients and various departments.
• Promote a team-driven culture and share knowledge across departments.
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking for clients.
• Enhance client relationships through regular follow-ups and interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and internal policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA with a concentration in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance

Technical Skills

• Corporate Finance

Certifications

• CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is a plus
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification is advantageous
