• Prepare and deliver presentations on insurance solutions to clients.
• Facilitate policy renewals and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics and goals.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote insurance literacy.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.
• Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk and determine policy terms.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Relevant Insurance Qualifications will be advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a sales or advisory role, preferably in insurance or financial services
