Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Healthcare Administrator in Johannesburg to oversee the efficient operation of our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensure compliance with health regulations, and work collaboratively with medical staff to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and healthcare partners.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend enhancements.
  • Assist in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support financial management and documentation processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or equivalent
  • Master’s in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
