Responsibilities

• Design and implement mining methodologies to increase production efficiency.
• Evaluate and select appropriate mining technologies.
• Monitor and manage resource allocation for projects.
• Compile and analyze operational data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with safety officers to conduct risk assessments.
• Develop training materials for staff on equipment usage.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Document procedures and maintain compliance records.
• Assist in the budget preparation and management for mining projects.
• Oversee training programs for new hires in mining operations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mining Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mining operations

Certifications

• Professional Engineer License (PrEng)

Languages
