Clamper

Job Description

The Clamper will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of clamps and related equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a mechanical mindset along with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain clamps and associated equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on equipment.
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
• Train new staff on safety practices and proper equipment handling.
• Monitor equipment for safety compliance and efficiency.
• Assist with the development of maintenance schedules.
• Provide support during emergency repairs.
• Liaise with vendors for parts and supplies as needed.
• Conduct quality assessments on installed equipment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
