The Clamper will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of clamps and related equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a mechanical mindset along with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
Install and maintain clamps and associated equipment.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on equipment.
Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
Train new staff on safety practices and proper equipment handling.
Monitor equipment for safety compliance and efficiency.
Assist with the development of maintenance schedules.
Provide support during emergency repairs.
Liaise with vendors for parts and supplies as needed.
Conduct quality assessments on installed equipment.
Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics.
Requirements
Education
National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
