The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Initiate project planning by defining project scope and objectives.
• Review and approve project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Foster relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, financials, and any changes to the project scope.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience

Technical Skills

• Agile Management
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Certifications

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and JIRA: Hands-on experience with project management software tools like MS Project and JIRA.
• Knowledge in stakeholder management: Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and communications.
