Validation Engineer

Job Description

As a Validation Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring all protocols are followed.
• Prepare and maintain an up-to-date validation master plan.
• Assist in the development of production specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing feedback from audits and inspections.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on validation processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
• Master's degree will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in validation engineering
