Responsibilities

• Collaborate on M&A transactions from initial contact to completion.
• Coordinate with various internal teams including sales and legal for deal execution.
• Drive product development initiatives related to investment banking services.
• Engage in networking activities to expand professional connections.
• Maintain a robust understanding of all financial instruments and market dynamics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or finance

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Risk Assessment

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• CFA Level 2
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
