Job Description

The Spinning Supervisor will oversee and manage operations in the spinning department, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards are upheld. This pivotal role involves training and developing staff while implementing best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations within the spinning department.
  • Implement quality control procedures to comply with industry standards.
  • Train new operators and provide ongoing support to existing staff.
  • Ensure machinery is operated safely and efficiently.
  • Analyze production data to enhance process performance.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Textile Manufacturing Management or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in textile manufacturing with a focus on spinning operations.
