This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of IT systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with team members.
• Prepare presentations to communicate insights and findings to senior management.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure engagement and support.
• Assist in the development of training materials for users.
• Support project management with status updates and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field
• Master’s degree is beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in business analysis or project management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
