Join our dedicated team as an Animal Sticker! In this role, you will apply unique stickers to animals for identification and tracking purposes. Your keen attention to detail and passion for animal care will make a significant impact in our ongoing conservation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Safely adhere stickers to various animals for identification purposes.
• Keep accurate records of all tagged animals in our database.
• Ensure all procedures are in compliance with safety and animal welfare standards.
• Assist in educating team members about the importance of tagging.
• Work closely with veterinarians and animal handlers to improve tagging methods.
• Contribute to the development of procedures for sticker application and monitoring.
• Assist in handling animals during assessments and monitoring when required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Animal care qualification preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in animal handling or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Animal Behavior
• Record Keeping

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Organizational Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Animal Behaviour: Knowledge of animal behaviour and psychology will be advantageous.
• Experience in a Veterinary Environment: Experience working in a veterinary clinic or related environment is a plus.
