Job Description

As a Glass Cut-Off Tender, you will play an essential role in our production line, responsible for measuring, cutting, and shaping glass materials to client specifications. Your expertise will ensure we meet quality control standards while working with diverse glass types including clear, tinted, and laminated glass.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout the cutting process.
• Train new staff on glass cutting techniques and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow.
• Maintain records of daily production outputs.
• Identify areas for process improvements and suggest solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in glass cutting and shaping preferred

Experience

• Experience with different types of glass (clear, tinted, laminated, etc.) is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• CNC Machinery Operation
• Safety Equipment Usage

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC Machines: Hands-on experience with CNC cutting machinery.
• Advanced Glass Cutting Techniques: Expertise in specialized cutting techniques for complex designs.
