Product Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our product initiatives in Johannesburg. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and enhancement of products.
• Evaluate user experience and implement changes based on customer feedback.
• Ensure product compliance with market standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell post-launch.
• Manage product release schedules and stakeholder communications.
• Provide ongoing product training and support to sales and support teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus
• MBA or similar advanced degree is highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a tech-focused product role
