Product Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our product initiatives in Johannesburg. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps, translating business goals into product strategy.
• Collaborate with development, design, and marketing to ensure product alignment.
• Conduct market research to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Create user stories and prioritize features based on user feedback and metrics.
• Oversee product lifecycle from planning to launch and beyond.
• Analyze product performance and user engagement to make data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to encourage collaboration across teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus
• MBA or similar advanced degree is highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a tech-focused product role
