UX Researcher

Job Description

As a UX Researcher, you will conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Your insights will help shape our product roadmap, ensuring our UX/UI designs are user-friendly and effective.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ideate and prioritize UX improvements.
• Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback on product features.
• Communicate research findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Benchmark user experience against industry standards and competitors.
• Champion user advocacy within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Sociology, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX research or product design
