Join our creative team as an Architect where you will be involved in all phases of architectural projects. You'll conceptualize and design structures that align with clients' visions while ensuring functionality and adherence to zoning laws. Ideal candidates should have proficiency in design software, a strong portfolio, and the capability to turn complex ideas into practical architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architectural concepts tailored for diverse projects.
• Work with 3D modeling software to visualize proposed designs and modifications.
• Review technical drawings and contribute to project plans.
• Engage with community stakeholders to discuss designs and gather feedback.
• Assist in project procurement and budgeting processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• 3D Modelling

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accreditation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local building regulations: Familiarity with Cape Town and Western Cape architectural regulations.
