The successful candidate will work on designing and optimizing chemical processes, conducting experiments, and ensuring safety and compliance in all operations. Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion in chemical engineering.
• Ensure all projects align with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Evaluate material and equipment requirements.
• Monitor and report on progress regarding KPIs.
• Supervise experiments conducted by laboratory staff.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees on safety and process improvements.
• Provide expertise in resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Work with supply chain to optimize procurement of materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience within the chemical industry
