Job Description

The Paint Roller Winder will be responsible for winding paint rollers with appropriate pile heights and densities according to customer requirements. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate winding machines effectively.
• Test the quality of finished paint rollers against specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance on machines to prevent downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and report any safety concerns.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety measures.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Technical certification or diploma in relevant field (advantageous)

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
