As a Web Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining SharePoint sites and portals. Your role will ensure the security and availability of these sites while providing top-notch support to end users.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee SharePoint development and implementation projects.
Ensure that SharePoint sites adhere to best practices and security protocols.
Conduct user training sessions and workshops for effective SharePoint usage.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies or enhancements for SharePoint.
Work on SharePoint migration and upgrade projects as necessary.
Assist with the creation of workflows to automate business processes.
Provide reports on SharePoint usage and performance metrics.
Evaluate and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint infrastructure.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or equivalent certification preferred
Experience
3-5 years of experience in SharePoint management and support
