Responsibilities
Oversee the design and implementation of infrastructure projects.
Review and approve designs and engineering calculations.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure all engineering work complies with industry standards and best practices.
Participate in community engagement initiatives related to projects.
Document and report any site issues or changes to project plans.
Support the development and implementation of professional development programs for staff.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering
