Job Description

Join our fast-paced design team as a Graphic Designer. We are seeking a creative individual proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software. Your mission will be to develop engaging graphics for our marketing materials, social media, and campaigns. A successful candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Work closely with the web development team to create online materials.
• Make recommendations to improve the design processes and tools.
• Present designs and concepts to stakeholders for feedback.
• Maintain organized files and ensure proper documentation of designs.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital output.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Graphic Design or related field

Experience

• 1+ years of experience helping teams achieve their design goals.

Technical Skills

• InDesign
• Figma

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software: Experience or training in tools such as After Effects or similar is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design principles: Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and web design is advantageous.
