Join our team as a Rigging Supervisor, where you will be responsible for managing rigging operations, conducting inspections, and enforcing compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates should have strong leadership skills and hands-on rigging experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily rigging operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Inspect rigging equipment regularly to uphold safety standards.
• Oversee and document rigging tasks and crew performance.
• Provide coaching to junior riggers, fostering skill development.
• Collaborate with engineers and other staff to fulfill project requirements.
• Evaluate project risks and implement safety measures.
• Conduct post-operation reviews to improve processes.
• Engage in ongoing safety training and educate the crew on new protocols.
• Work closely with project teams to coordinate schedules and resources.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to safety program improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Diploma in Rigging or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in rigging operations

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
