Responsibilities

• Evaluate project scopes and prepare cost estimates based on design plans.
• Advise on material selection and structural types for optimal performance.
• Manage project timelines and ensure key deliverables are met.
• Assist in developing project schedules and budgets.
• Document and report project progress and structural analyses for quality assurance.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and contractors to promote collaborative project environments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Master's degree provides significant advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Tswana: Conversational
