We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will design and oversee the construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze project requirements and constraints.
• Develop comprehensive engineering plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders for project approvals.
• Monitor project progress and provide reports to management.
• Utilize CAD software to produce engineering drawings and schematics.
• Participate in project meetings and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Review and approve contractor work and deliverables.
• Implement health and safety standards in all engineering processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation plans.
• Research and integrate new technologies into project designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Masters or postgraduate qualification in a related engineering field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale civil engineering projects
