Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective learning programs. The ideal applicant will harness their creativity and expertise to design training solutions tailored to diverse audiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create and implement high-quality content that enhances the learner's experience and meets educational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate training programs to enhance learner retention and engagement.
• Regularly review and update content to remain relevant and effective.
• Mentor junior instructional designers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Assist in the alignment of training materials with organizational strategies.
• Conduct research on emerging learning technologies and pedagogical models.
• Collaborate with marketing departments to promote educational offerings.
• Support the implementation of compliance training initiatives.
• Prepare and present training sessions to various audiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or similar
• Master’s degree in Instructional Design preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of instructional design experience in an educational or corporate setting
