As a Traffic Assistant, you'll coordinate the receipt and distribution of digital media assets, ensuring that projects move smoothly from start to finish. Your role will involve scheduling, communication, and meticulous attention to detail, all within a vibrant team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling of advertising campaigns, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of content.
• Collaborate with production teams to verify that all technical specifications are met.
• Regularly update and maintain relevant databases and systems for project tracking.
• Provide support to other operations staff where necessary.
• Monitor the performance and delivery of advertising campaigns, offering feedback as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all internal processes and industry standards.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in digital advertising and marketing campaigns preferred.
