Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Retail Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee store operations, enhance customer experience, and lead a team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of service.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for optimal performance.
• Evaluate sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to increase store traffic.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Supervise visual merchandising and ensure optimal presentation of products.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and provide feedback.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Optimize inventory management and control processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or a similar role
