Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial and rental history to determine eligibility.
• Ensure all documentation is processed and accurate.
• Conduct follow-ups on pending applications to enhance turnaround time.
• Prepare reports detailing the screening process and results.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve tenant matching processes.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in tenant screening or property management

Technical Skills

• Tenant screening tools
• Online advertising platforms

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
