Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Hospitality Manager to orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. Experience in hotel management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all front-of-house operations to create a welcoming environment.
• Lead recruitment and staffing efforts to build a skilled team.
• Implement customer feedback systems to enhance services.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Plan events and special promotions to increase hotel visibility.
• Foster relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards for guest service.
• Oversee maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Develop action plans for improving guest experience.
• Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a managerial position within the hospitality industry
