Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to join our Port Elizabeth office. In this position, you'll be responsible for guiding project success through effective planning, execution, and monitoring. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and providing strategic direction to achieve our project goals.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects by developing detailed project plans.
• Align project objectives with company goals and objectives.
• Manage communications between project stakeholders and teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Evaluate project performance and implement adjustments as necessary.
• Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct final project evaluations to assess overall success and lessons learned.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and project sign-off.
• Supervise and mentor project team members to enhance performance.
• Maintain project documentation for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles
