Join our engineering team as a Civil Engineer. You will be responsible for managing various projects from conception to completion, ensuring all designs meet safety and environmental standards. Collaborating with various stakeholders, your expertise will help deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for resource acquisition.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend materials and construction techniques.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules.
• Engage with the community to address concerns regarding projects.
• Document all phases of projects for reporting and compliance.
• Provide innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years’ hands-on experience in civil engineering projects

• CAD Software

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Registered Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in public works projects: Prior involvement in large-scale public infrastructure projects.
