As a Financial Analyst at Leading Financial Services Co., you will conduct financial analysis to support business decisions. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial future, creating comprehensive reports, and presenting your findings to management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to drive business strategies.
• Evaluate, analyze, and report on variable financial aspects affecting the business.
• Conduct profitability analyses and cost/effectiveness analysis.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc requests and projects.
• Streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Advise on investment opportunities based on financial trends.
• Deliver presentations on financial performance to stakeholders.
• Work alongside the finance team during budget cycles and reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• CFA or similar certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
