Construction Manager

Job Description

Become part of our team as a Construction Manager, where you will lead construction projects from ground level to finish. You will liaise with subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and building regulations. Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and lead the activities of project teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare project budgets and track expenses to support financial forecasting.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and all project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and address any issues that arise.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold construction standards.
• Review and approve project schedules.
• Manage resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Compile regular progress reports for management and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
