We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the highest quality in our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating test plans, executing test cases, and identifying defects in our applications. Responsibilities

• Lead test case design sessions and ensure coverage of test cases.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and prioritize issues.
• Conduct usability testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and performance metrics.
• Assist in training new QA team members on testing procedures.
• Promote quality awareness within the development team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a QA role with exposure to automation testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages
