In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, from corporate functions to weddings. Your keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent events.
• Facilitate client meetings to discuss event objectives and deliverables.
• Source and recruit event staff and volunteers as needed.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans for each event.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new event technologies.
• Conduct post-event analyses to assess outcomes and areas for improvement.
• Assist clients in selecting event venues, themes, and catering options.
• Develop marketing materials to promote events.
• Execute risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Ensure events align with the company’s brand and values.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in event coordination and management

• Social Media Management
