Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and develop project timelines.
• Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members.
• Engage in stakeholder management to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Assess project performance and implement best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
