Job Description

Responsibilities

• Refurbish and sharpen various types of blades for industrial use.
• Perform thorough inspections of blades before and after sharpening.
• Ensure all blades meet industry specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize various sharpening machines and tools effectively.
• Assist in training new team members in sharpening techniques.
• Monitor inventory for sharpening materials and tools, reporting needs when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in machining or relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• CNC machining
• Machinery maintenance
