Job Description

We are looking for an Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records of claims and transactions.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
  • Conduct periodic audits of financial records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in processing financial transactions and managing documentation.
Technical Skills
  • Strong numeracy

Languages
  • English: Fluent
