Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Structure and negotiate term sheets, client agreements, and other transaction documentation.
• Build financial models to support valuation and pricing strategies.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior analysts within the team.
• Stay updated with regulations and market developments affecting investment strategies.
• Contribute to the enhancement of firm best practices and client service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking or M&A advisory
