Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our IT operations, providing top-notch support to our users and ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly. Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the configuration and management of network devices.
  • Conduct user training sessions on IT tools and best practices.
  • Implement security measures to protect internal systems.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in backups and disaster recovery processes.
  • Engage in regular software updates and patch management.
  • Maintain and optimize IT inventory.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing IT projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • Relevant professional certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years in a similar IT support role
