Job Description

We're on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team in Cape Town. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in patient care, managing healthcare plans, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Administer intravenous (IV) therapy and monitor for complications.
  • Educate patients about their treatments and medications.
  • Participate in patient care meetings and case discussions.
  • Conduct routine assessments to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and needs within the healthcare system.
  • Foster a positive and professional relationship with patients and families.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Further specialization in a nursing field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
