Job Description

Looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to offer technical assistance and support to our staff in Port Elizabeth. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues will be crucial for maintaining high productivity levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist users in resolving technical issues, providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform hardware upgrades and installations as needed.
• Configure and optimize user workstations for performance.
• Engage with external vendors as necessary for equipment support.
• Participate in IT projects as required.
• Monitor and report on inventory and asset management of IT equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a desktop support role
