Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cement Boat and Barge Loader to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely loading cement onto boats and barges, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that loading processes meet safety and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with logistics and transportation teams to facilitate efficient loading.
• Attend safety training sessions and workshops to improve skills.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the loading area.
• Engage with customers to provide updates on loading schedules and processes.
• Utilize technology for tracking and logging loading operations.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license
• Certification in operating specific loading equipment (e.g., crane operator license)

Experience

• Experience with bulk materials preferred.
