We are searching for a meticulous Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will monitor networks for security breaches and respond to incidents promptly. You will also help to implement security measures and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Implement security best practices within the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze potential threats.
• Generate reports based on security metrics and incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors to provide security tools and services.
• Assist in the formulation of a disaster recovery plan.
• Conduct training workshops for various levels of staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a cybersecurity role
