Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant who is committed to supporting student achievement in the classroom. Your role will involve aiding teachers with instructional tasks, providing feedback to students, and helping create a positive and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in education or child development.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher with classroom management.
• Help with the organization of educational materials and resources.
• Provide feedback to students on their work and progress.
• Aid in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Participate in training and professional development sessions.
• Facilitate small group activities and tutoring sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Teaching qualification preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in an educational setting preferred
