• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to enhance productivity.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Manage projects from inception to completion within deadlines.
• Utilize statistical analysis to optimize processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization
