Responsibilities

• Lead site visits and conduct inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.

• Develop project proposal estimates and budgets in consultation with project managers.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in structural projects

Technical Skills

• Concrete and Steel Design
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D: Familiarity with civil engineering design software.
• Proficiency in SAP2000: Hands-on experience with this structural analysis software.
