Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Health & Wellness Pharmacy, you will manage medication therapies, provide health advice, and assist in improving patient outcomes. Your expertise will be vital in advising on the safe use of medicines and accompanying health assessments.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the safe use of medications and potential drug interactions.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Participate in health outreach programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medication plans.
• Conduct medication reviews and chronic disease management.
• Provide emergency drug information when required.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Advantageous

• Leadership experience: Previous experience in supervising pharmacy staff.
